The Marine Corps League demonstrates a robust commitment to supporting Marines across various initiatives. With 10 Divisions encompassing 47 Departments and more than 1,140 Detachments throughout the United States, it is a significant presence in local communities.

One of its notable contributions is the partnership with the Marine Corps Reserve and the Toys for Tots Foundation, which has successfully raised millions of dollars and collected numerous toys for underprivileged youth nationwide.

The League also plays a vital role in providing funeral honors for over 15,000 services annually. This essential support enables both Active and Reserve Marines to allocate more resources towards mission readiness.

In addition to these efforts, the Marine Corps League extends its support to several organizations, including the Semper Fi Fund, the Navy Marine Corps Relief Society, the US Marines Youth Foundation, and the Young Marines.

Moreover, it administers various scholarship and award programs such as the Marine Corps University LtGen Lejeune Leadership Award and college scholarships via the Marine Corps League Foundation.

A key focus is assisting transitioning Marines and their families through the Marine for Life program, which underscores the League's dedication to serving those who have served.
